To ensure 100% customer satisfaction and peace of mind, any purchases may be cancelled within 14 days from the day of the item being delivered. If you wish to cancel your purchase please contact us first via info@megalabels.co.uk to arrange the return and then post the item back using a traceable posting service.
All shipping charges for cancelled orders are to be paid by the customer.
A full refund can only be issued if the returned item is in its original condition with all its packaging intact.
We will process your refund within 24 hours after the returned item being checked and inspected by us.
If you receive a damaged item please contact us directly via info@megalabels.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your item and we will endeavour to rectify the situation straightaway.
We will not be responsible for any loss due to incorrect/undeliverable shipping addresses.
